Hourly Rates
For additions and edits to your website.
Great job! You have signed up for our Website Maintenance Plan.
Our Website Maintenance Plan includes:
WordPress core platform maintenance, plugin and theme updates, security monitoring and protection, daily backups, performance monitoring and optimisation, uptime monitoring, SEO health monitoring, and monthly reporting and analytics.
From 2026 onward, ad-hoc requests for updates, changes or assistance outside the maintenance scope are billed separately at the discounted maintenance rate of $80 per hour, tracked in 15-minute increments and invoiced monthly in arrears.
This approach ensures pricing remains fair and reflects the actual time spent on additional work.
Not on our Website Maintenance Plan?
Our rate is currently $110/hr billed in 15-minute increments. This reflects the additional time often required to review, troubleshoot and safely update sites that aren’t under ongoing, active maintenance.
Why the different rates?
Because jumping into a site that has not been routinely updated, secured and maintained by us often leads to much more backend work, even for fairly simple updates. It’s one of the main reasons we highly recommend joining our monthly Web Maintenance Plan. By trusting us to look after your website and keep it running smoothly month to month, we can offer a discounted rate on revisions and additions.

Need some work done?
As businesses evolve, it’s handy to offer you an hourly rate for quick things like new pages, new sign-ups, new products etc. If you’re already a client, you know we work fast and always provide the most timely, efficient service.
Still curious? Our rate is still on the lower end of the scale compared to other web agencies (most professional freelancers and design teams charge anywhere between $150-$350/hr).
We intentionally keep this rate as low as possible for clients to afford our hourly services when needed.
Please understand that timeframes for any updates range from 24 business hours to weeks, depending on the size and scope of the task.
